Curious. Creative. Capable.
I am an independent museum professional working on exhibitions and collections projects.
I am a researcher, writer, brainstormer, and someone who gets the job done. My approach is open but organized and geared towards discovering how to delight, instruct, and engage different audiences.
In topics ranging from American history to craft to literature to contemporary art, I have experience with both object-based and media-based exhibits. I can assist with all stages of the process, from concept development through installation.
For short-term and long-term projects, I also offer various research and writing services for clients that aim to increase public engagement with the humanities.
I have a BA from Framingham State University, an MA from the Winterthur Program in American Material Culture, and a Certificate in Museum Studies from the University of Delaware.
I co-chair the Independent Museum Professionals Affinity Group for the New England Museum Association and serve on the Historical Commission of the City of Waltham, Massachusetts.
